Boulder Belt Eco-Farm
1 cup basil
1 cup Italian parsley
1/2 cup walnuts or toasted pine nuts
1-2 cloves garlic (peeled)
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
1/4 cup olive oil
salt to taste
1. In a food processor put in the peeled whole garlic cloves and pulse a couple times
2. Add the nuts and cheese and pulse again
3. Add everything else and process until smooth
